Fantasies, they become addictions!

Safe to say we all have sexual fantasies and desires we often think about. How often do we act upon the desires and how often do they become so mentally consuming they turn into an addiction. I have been fortunate to act upon several of my fantasies… but the desire and need turns into a stronger addiction.
Anyone else experience this? Please share your thoughts and opinions.
