Basically I am trying to be an overall better listener. I'm a M 32 working on listening for meaning and want to sharpen my non judgemental empathetical skills and response. Basically all you need to do is tell me your age, country location and then just tell me how your day was and I will either ask you more questions about it (like what about your day was good/bad in detail) I may reflect back what I've understood (by saying something like to summarise all of what I just heard XYZ happened and that's apart of why you're feeling the way you are). It's doesn't have to be happy or sad feelings I just need to practise listening. *Note this is not counseling* just a simple chat. If you are feeling depressed depending on the country I might be able to pass on resources to help you. Everything we talk about will stay confidential and unless you're going to hurt yourself, a child or others I won't tell a soul. DM me if you're interested.
