Past educational history includes High school, Collegiate, and Masters level diplomas.

Past living history includes small nameless hometown, LA, SF, and currently PDX for foreseeable future. Patient states he loves the energy of big cities but loathes big city traffic.

Patient states only allergy, food or otherwise, is to cats. Patient claims he is a dog person through and through, but would not be opposed to a cat that doesn't cause him issues breathing.

Patient enjoys a variety of foods, activities, and, as he states, is "willing to try almost anything once. Experiences can be cool, but a lot of the times the people make more of an impression for me."

Patient's physical exam:

PERRLA, eyes are also beautiful and brown, better in the sunlight.

Lips are healthy and full, without cuts, cracks, or scars.

Smile is big and quick to appear, without facial deformities or drooping of either side.

Heart is normal rate and rhythm, with plenty of emotions that tend to be worn on his sleeve.

Upon further physical exam, patient has a few scars but states he would rather explain their stories in person to his future date.

Patient's STD testing has come back from the lab is completely clean.

Patient states his Scrubs is in his top 3 medical shows, and believes everyone should have it in their top 3 as well.
