I recently started a new job at a very small company, and while it’s been a good experience, I’m struggling to connect with the ladies here. For one, I’m the youngest person by quite a few years, and on top of that, we don’t really have much in common. I work at an investment firm, so my schedule can get pretty hectic with meetings, but I promise you’ll be the only one who gets my focus when I’m available. My hours are from 8:30 AM to 5 PM (Mountain Time), and I’m usually offline in the evenings due to family commitments.
