As part of race reparations and resolving racism in society it should become mandatory for all white girls to take a black male partner, preferably as their first male partner. This will solve falling fertility rates and there are more than enough black men to benefits all the white girls that need it. Furthermore the white girls will still be subservient to any black women around them and must do as they say be sure to respect them.
