What I love about groping is that the other person knows they are going to be touched but doesnt know how and potentially doesnt know when. All they know is that they are going to surrender control of where and when. This can be publicly, this can be in private.

The touch can be soft, or aggressive.

In what I am thinking, you give me parameters like place and then you either dont know when we meet or you do and that excites you. IF you do know then youre not sur when in our conversation I might start to grope you.
