So, this is going to sound incredibly bizarre, and it is, but holy fuck is it hot.

My older brother was recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, like a pretty embarrassing situation for him. He needed incentive to get his blood sugar down, and the girls in his friend group decided to offer him just that.
