No, I'm not a New Year's Resolution-er.... at least as far as the gym is concerned! An evening workout after the rest of my household has gone to bed is my zen time to alleviate the stress and frustrations of the day. I've been keeping this routine going pretty regularly for 3 years now - and I think 2025 might be the time to look for an accountability-buddy as it were.
Maybe you are looking to make a change as well? You don't need to be a gym-rat - you only need to be interested in bettering yourself and working toward a fitness goal - whatever that may be! Let's give each other something to look forward to - and a reason stay just that extra 15 minutes longer. Race doesn't concern me - this is about mutual attraction. Someone in their 30's or early 40's with a similar home life to mine would probably be most helpful for comradery and conversation topics. I would prefer someone shorter - under 5'4" - and I do tend to gravitate more towards curvy butts and/ or generous breasts (can't help it!).
I'm a married father of 2, Mediterranean heritage, 5'8", 175lbs, fit and athletic with a well toned upper body and a little bit of left over softness around the middle. Avid runner and hiker. Blue eyes, short salt and pepper hair and matching beard scruff. Child of the 90s, bit of a geek, love reading, music and useless facts. Not in an entirely dead bedroom at home - but that's a topic for us to discuss later on if thing progress. I have a membership at a 24/7 AF facility on the north end of Hagerstown and am usually there 2-3 times per week between 9 and 11pm.
