Imagine effective immediately on January 1st, 2025 all condoms/contraceptives are outlaw. All sexual diseases are thing of the past cured/nonexistent. Everyone is required to do their part in stabilizing the world population by breeding. Couples can focus on each other or whoever they want. Single men must breed as much as possible with all willing unbred females, are not responsible for breeding outcome since it is there civic duty to breed. The same parter may be bred more then once, for exclusive breeding rights marriage is an option. Female may become hucows to be milked and bred, milk can be keep or sold, all that matters is breeding under the new law.

Females that don't find a mate in time to breed her may be shipped to a hucow farm to be breed and milked indefinitely or a set time frame by the court. All offspring on the hucow farm are property of farmowner and may become hucow and studs once of age.
