Are you hydrating (water)? Did you remember to eat (more than a snack. Actual food)? I want to share what I know about you to be true. Read carefully please. An opportunity to not be strong, in charge, and make everything happen. It's so therapeutic, fun, freeing, and liberating to simply feel. Your happiness, wants, needs, and joy all matter. It's a huge challenge for you to say "no". You're a bit of a perfectionist and you get shit done even at the expense of your own happiness. Not, because you want to do it, but because it has to be done and done right. Your struggle is very real.
Self-love/care is my number one priority daily. I love farmers markets, plants, music, (send me the last song you listened to) yelling "UNO" and Vans (the shoes no the vehicle). Amazing dad joke teller, too.
