What can I say, I love Coney Island - from sweating wearing glitter, pasties and tassels during the Mermaid Parade in the wretched heat of the summer to stripping down in front of hundreds doing the same thing and jumping into the frigid waters on New Year's Day; what's better than that? Maybe we could get some hot chocolate or Irish coffees afterwards? I did it last year for the first time and had lots of fun.
