First and foremost. Limits, safewords and kinks upfront help us both be comfortable and have fun so lets be sure to establish those.
Scenario: We're both at the gym at the same time and it happens to be leg day for both of us. The gym isnt busy. In fact theres only one other person there when I see you and they are starting to cool down and clearly on their way out the door. We start separately to warm up, get into lighter lifts and get to machines and racks at the same time. I try not to be creepy and avoid following you but everywhere I go, you go. Every machine I start to use, you start to use one close by. Eventually I take my headphones out and accuse you of stalking me to try and break the tension. We start to talk and eventually brush up against each other and lock eyes. Both of us with a post workout glow and endorphins running high decide to take things to the next level...
