I'll be honest this is a bit new for me, but to give some context I'm a 30-35 man who is genuinely a good guy with a good remote job and honestly pretty happy with life and who I am. Raised well, pretty traditional when it comes to dating, but the reality is my "love life" just hasn't gone the way I'd hoped. My fiance recently bailed and it's complicated, but my sex life is part of it.

I've disappointed my partner. Id hoped this person i was meant to spend my life with would've helped, but let's just say there's wasn't much help bringing me along or helping build me up or make me feel confident. Needless to say all this kinda reinforced things and while I've been working really hard the last few months (with some success actually) on this by myself she had no interest in seeing if the last few months would've paid off and solved the problem(we hadn't been intimate in awhile before she decided she couldn't be monogamous, was poly before we started dating).
