Ok so this is a bit out there but bear with me:

I’m 30 years old, have a great job in tech, an apartment I love, several hobbies I enjoy, and some wonderful friends that I trust and truly enjoy spending time with. However, I don’t have any close girl friends outside of the significant others of my male friends.

As much as I like hanging out with the boys, it always feels like there’s pressure to act a certain way; it’s difficult to have a real conversation in which I can actually express emotion or say how I’m really feeling without having to disguise it within ambiguous insinuations. This starkly contrasts my experience with women where I feel that not only can I speak freely without judgement, but what I’m trying to convey is perceived with much less effort and met with a more understanding / empathetic response.

Back in high school / college it felt much easier to make friends with the opposite sex, and I had several close female friends I hung out with on a regular basis. However nowadays it feels as though women around my age lose any interest as soon as the prospect of dating / marriage goes out the window, which is what brings me to this post:

I’m looking for a female best friend. I want to hang out, go dancing, grab brunch, sing karaoke, shoot the shit, and otherwise just have fun with no expectations or implications. Ideally looking for a lesbian as I feel this may work better if the sexual attraction aspect is removed, but open to anyone with an open mind. Ready for the NSFW part? We’re all human; we have desires, get horny, and like to get naked and touch ourselves - there, I said it. While absolutely not a requirement, I would love to have the level of comfortability where two friends can just do what humans do together without the stigma.
