Looking for any help cheering up after a bad day. I just found out i have to get back surgery again (thanks Army), work is just annoying and frustrating as hell, and my wife doesnt seem to care at all and dealing with a dead bedroom. Its just kinda annoying like i used to be super relaxed and happy and just having a good time and now...life.
Not to throw a pity party or anything but honestly just wondering what people do yo cheer up after a bad day or if anyone has any tips
