My wife is expressing that she wants to lose weight, however she isn't staying consistent with a plan and not finding the results that she wants. She is pretty thick and heavy, and has difficulty finding confidence at times. As someone with a cuckold fantasy, finding a trainer for her be a win win.
She is not very active and has low willpower, so not sure if she can start with aggressive workouts. Would need beginner approach. If you are a trainer in my area, feel free to reach out and I'd love to make your brain.
