I haven't liked my penis for a long time and I've always been pretty hard on it, worn cages, tucked it away, you name it. It's gotten to the point where I can't get fully erect anymore, and I don't really enjoy it being touched. My gf and I started using sleeves to help me last longer and feel harder than I am, but I shrink enough that I can't wear the sleeves either. So we started using a strap on, while I'm caged.
