Hey, After a recent experience, I realized that acting out a character instead of trying to experience a fantasy as yourself can make a world of difference. For example, trying to be a dominant version of yourself in the bedroom when you are not very dominant yourself can feel fake, uncomfortable or straight up wrong, but when you try to act and really get into the mindset of a dominant character who is not yourself can be freeing.
