I've recently lost over 50 pounds over the last year (started at 219 and now down to 164). It's been great, however my wife has been struggling with her own weight loss. I've tried getting her to utilize the same calorie-tracking app that I've had the most success with, and although she has been using it, she only tracks maybe 3 days out of the week. She hasn't been consistent, which is why I'm thinking a Personal Trainer may be what she needs.
Part of the reason why I think my wife successfully losing weight will be beneficial (other than the obvious health benefits) is that I'm hoping she'll be more comfortable in her own skin. As someone who has a hotwife/cuckold fantasy, bringing a male PT into the picture would keep her accountable, and potentially allow her to explore something physical that she wouldn't normally explore. She's told me that she finds the idea of being shared hot, but that she doesn't have the nerve to hook up with someone since she's shy and not currently happy with her appearance. I am still attracted to her, but her self-image trumps whatever I think.
Any PT's deal with client's with low will-power, or have been hired with hopes of boosting a client's self-esteem? I'm curious how others feel about this, so feel free to reach out.
