I was walking to the train station after work one day when I overheard one side of a phone conversation I just can't get out of my mind now.
A woman, probably in her 20s, called someone and her side of the conversation went something like..
Something about her calm, cool assertiveness just really stuck with me, you know? You could tell she was paying attention to him, and she didn't sound condescending, but she was just in control.
