Just moved to a new home in the Carrollton area of Dallas. Being in a new place, I was hoping maybe I could find consistent FWB with someone here long term.

Looking for women who are single, can host (i cannot in my new housing situation), preferably closer to my age, and are single (no couples, no men, no married folks, etc.).
