So, what makes me any more safe, or less effort than the next guy?
1. I've had a vasectomy... so I can't get you pregnant.
2. I am not the Jealous, Possessive, nor Obsessive type.
3. I am neither egotistical, demanding nor impatient.
4. I am a monogamist,
and I get tested for "ick" TWICE following every relationship (aka I am clean, I get tested once, then I wait 6 months and get tested again).
5. I don't drink, (It's okay if you do).
The only illicit substance I partake in is weed (vape/edibles), and while I am 420 friendly, I personally only partake after 9pm... and it's for the sake of maintaining a consistent sleep pattern.
6. I am not a player (I don't even crush a lot).
7. I am honest, almost to a fault
(but not honest like "Does that offend you?, I'm just being honest."
Honest like, if there's a piece of upsetting news that could impact our dynamic, I'm not going to delay telling you, or keep secrets. I'll just tell you, because I would rather deal with the reality of the situation, than construct a web of lies that's bound to unravel at some point and cause way more pain in the long-run).
8. I'm easy to get rid of.
(Why would I want to force someone to engage with me that doesn't want to engage with me any more? That seems like more trouble than it's worth.)

Ok, so where does the "Low-effort" part come into play? Well, I have simple needs, I'm flexible, and and I don't require much to be happy. So what's the bare-minimum I can get by on?
Before I answer that... can you answer yes to the following questions?

Are you a woman between the age of 21 and 39?
Do you have 3, or more, hours of spare time per week (non-consecutive)?
Are you feminine in appearance/presentation?
Would you like someone you can cuddle with, anytime between the hours of 6pm and 11pm, Monday-Friday... (and anytime of day Saturday-Sunday)?
Are you child-free and cool with staying that way (for the duration our time together)?

Before I go into what I am looking for in this arrangement, I want to stress that I am in no hurry. Advert says FWB, maybe more, and I mean the maybe more part. I am not opposed to long-term. I am not opposed to skipping FWB, and fast-tracking a Girlfriend application if that's more interesting a proposal. However we choose to define our relationship, I am NOT looking for one-night stands, or casual hookups. I want us to meet somewhere safe and public and talk a bit, and get to know eachother before either of us agrees on anything.
From there, if it makes you more comfortable, we could either do a traditional 3-date "Getting to know eachother" phase (1st date is super casual, like a small bite to eat or beverages, and a walk around the mall together and a kiss to cap off the encounter.
2nd date can be dinner, and entertainment followed by some making out and over the clothes intimacy.
3rd date is where we tour eachothers places of residence, stay-in, have a meal, cuddle on the couch or bed and watch movies/tv and/or listen to music and play board/card/video games... and then cash-in our benefits and go all the way. Home-run lol.

Or we just skip straight to date 3 if you're not as patient as I am ;) (but I do want the public meetup before that. I can't be intimate with a total stranger).

So, what are my needs?

All I'm asking for is: 1 hour of cuddling, 4 times a month.
1 hour of (Mutual) Media consumption, 4 times a month.
1 hour of sex, 3 times a month (I am being mindful of monthly cycles)

For efficiency sake, we'll probably multi-task the cuddling with the media consumption, but these are minimums. These are just my bare minimum needs. What are your wants and needs? I've got roughly 28 hours of free-time every week when you subtract sleep, work, driving, & adult responsibilities. You're welcome to monopolize as much of that time as you want, and there's no limits on the location either.

We could go record shopping together, or just shopping in-general.
We could go on night-drives, for late-night snacks or other adventures.
We could take road trips.
We could nap together.
We could go out to the movies, experience live-entertainment, amusement parks. Dinning.
Escape rooms.
Whatever you like... run it by me.
