Hi all. I was going to post this on the regular r4r subreddit but turns out dirtyr4r has almost 3x as many people...don't know why I'm surprised but here I am!

To make a long story short, I have struggled a lot with the LA dating scene. There are options, but I have a long checklist of items that have been tough to meet with just relying on guys I meet by chance:

• Slightly younger than me (24-30 is ideal, it's the age range I've been most attracted to, even when I myself was younger than 24). I'm flexible on this in both directions depending on looks/maturity, but anything below 20 is a hard stop for me, sorry.

• Not looking for a relationship, but we still get along as people in general (hopefully that's not too surprising, I at least want to be able to think of you as a friend). I'm easy to get along with and have a great sense of humor and am generally a very positive person.

• Dabbles in kink but not too heavily (everyone should do what they like, this is just personal preference. As an example for me, handcuffs-yes, anal hooks-no)

• Top

• Is enthusiastic about being with someone who is FTM, has not had bottom surgery and is not planning on getting it, without it becoming too much of a fetishization thing (I want a guy to be attracted to me, but not just because I'm FTM)

• Is okay dominating someone who is extremely masculine--I have some pics below. I go to the gym a LOT, I play rugby, I have a ton of body hair. I am not a twink, I promise you. Even though I don't do face pics online, I've got a caveman brow and a full face of stubble that turns into a lumberjack beard if I don't stay on top of it. I'm 220 pounds at 5'11". This is just the reality and unfortunately I probably would've been better suited to be a top, but here we are.

• Is also generally muscular and in shape. I don't want to feel like a giant next to you, and generally I would prefer someone stronger/taller than me.

• Has a high sex drive, because I do. If things aren't stressful in my life I like once or twice a day, on weekends as much as 3x. If things are stressful, more like once every other day. I'm obviously flexible on this because we both have lives and I'm not going to be demanding or expecting sex whenever I want it, but I would hope we have a similar baseline libido.

And the real kicker...

• Is okay with a roommate setup. I already have a 2 bed 2 bath in Santa Monica. I have an extremely demanding work schedule. It allows me to buy nice things, but doesn't leave me with much time for relationships, even casual ones. That's why I'm looking for a roommate instead. You would take advantage of the empty room and bathroom, we would be colocated so that it doesn't become a logistical nightmare to try and connect. I'm pretty good as a roommate --extremely clean, mostly at home to sleep or occasionally work from home, excellent cook, quiet. Would hope you're similar for the most part but I'm flexible. I have someone come clean the place once a week so you wouldn't be on the hook for things like vacuuming etc unless something big spilled and we need to clean it up.
