The day started much like any other but as is so often the case you tug on one small string and things start to unravel before your eyes. All it took was not asking a colleague a question and things would have gone smoothly. But I, ever the curious type, did ask a question and from there things snowballed until what should have been a standard 9-5 day ended up being 12hrs and with likely more such days this week.
For now I've got my feet up, dinner has been ordered as I just don't have it in me to cook. I've slipped into something more comfortable (and oversized, got to love an oversized hoodie) and the neighbours cat is asleep on his back on the bookcase. It's a spot he himself had so kindly cleared a few weeks ago.
All that's missing is some good company. So let's talk about our passions, the silly things we love, the odd things that always make us laugh and especially what we laugh at that we really shouldn't. So feel free to stop by and say hello and if not I hope you have a lovely day and that week something good happens to you. (Bonus points if you're southern as I have questions about cooking).
A little about me, 6 feet, broad and admittedly a bit barrel chested, powerfully built from a lifetime of rugby and a beard that quite frankly is luxurious if I say so myself.
