I love to be barefoot, to spend time in nature, to meditate, read and occasionally gaming to chill.
An ideal hangout would be getting a massive pair of pjs and wearing them as our singular outfit while watching a movie and eating snacks in the dark.
An ideal vacation would involve going to another country to dig for crystals or study an ancient modality they posses I learned muay thai & thai massage in thailand, Yoga in the himalayas, How to fight off stray dogs in Romania :(
For work I put on a variety of seminars of my own creation involving physical rehabilitation, movement, yoga, barefoot training, meditation and more.
