Post Body

It’s been a very long year through and through. It’s been full of good and bad but it’s all just catching up to me now. My job is very physical and I go to the gym regularly so it’s helps mentally to a degree but rn I’m just done. This was gonna be my first weekend off in months and like always i spent it working the whole time. I know it’s stupid to complain about this stuff but it was just the last thing I needed rn. I need something to just shut my brain off so I can actually get some sleep tonight. Whatever suggestions you have I’d love to hear them because I’m so frustrated rn I could punch a wall. The stress is also getting a very “physical” reaction out of me which is super annoying. Is that even normal? Like I don’t understand why I get so “excited” when I’m this stressed and it’s “hard to hide” if you know what I mean. Anyway hopefully I hear from you soon thanks for reading.
