Itās been a very long year through and through. Itās been full of good and bad but itās all just catching up to me now. My job is very physical and I go to the gym regularly so itās helps mentally to a degree but rn Iām just done. This was gonna be my first weekend off in months and like always i spent it working the whole time. I know itās stupid to complain about this stuff but it was just the last thing I needed rn. I need something to just shut my brain off so I can actually get some sleep tonight. Whatever suggestions you have Iād love to hear them because Iām so frustrated rn I could punch a wall. The stress is also getting a very āphysicalā reaction out of me which is super annoying. Is that even normal? Like I donāt understand why I get so āexcitedā when Iām this stressed and itās āhard to hideā if you know what I mean. Anyway hopefully I hear from you soon thanks for reading.
