Twenty years of marriage. How did we get here? It seems like we were just in college the other day and then decided to tie the knot as a celebration of our young love and true friendship.
Fast-forward twenty years. We are both successful professionally. We have a home, and we are parents. Life is good! Or is it?!
We are light years away from the adventurous couple we used to be. Sex is here, but it is more of a marital ritual than the passionate desire to push boundaries and explore.
Conservative South has done its job. Anything outside of vanilla sex is a sin now, but why is it? It never used to be the case. Were we bad people in college only because we enjoyed anal, oral, and outside play as much as a quick nookie in our friends' bathroom?
Prove us wrong. Take us back in your time machine. Show us the way. It feels like we took the safe blue pill instead of following the white rabbit...
