38 [M4F] #NYC / Long Island - Help relieve some stress as I prepare for brain surgery in two weeks

Hi there again, I've posted on and off about my neurological disorder and the issues that come with it. So I've decided to take the next step to fix it, but that requires a few rounds of what is essentially brain surgery.
It's very overwhelming and as you would expect, I'm just a tad stressed out about it.
That's where this place could hopefully help out. I just need to relieve some stress as I approach my first surgery date in August.
I'm 5'10, 185 lbs (put on a few pounds stress eating), average build (still) and 6.5 inches and thick.
