As I've gotten older, it's gotten harder and harder to stay in shape. I used to be quite fit from rock climbing and exercising but after some unfortunate events I started ignore healthy habits and let my diet go. This year I've been trying to get back to a place I'm happier with, but I'm not sure I really trust my own judgement to evaluate my body.
I'm looking for honest ratings of whatever parts of my body you'd like to see, excluding my face. Lewd, nude, pretty much whatever you want. It's ok if I'm not your cup of tea. It just means I have more work to do. If you like what you see, then say so.
I'm a little short which I don't care about but I know it's a make beauty standards thing. I weight about 155 lbs currently, and would describe my body type as average. A little extra in a few places, some muscle visible, not really "dad bod" or fit.
Anywho, I hope to get your opinions, and I appreciate your generosity for helping me.
