This is going to sound stupid, but fuck it! I'm incredibly out of shape. I'm tall and slender, but I have no tone. I'm a stick. I'm sick of it, I have worked out a schedule that requires minimal effort (30-45 work out a day, that I can do from home) and yet I still can't find the motivation to do it.
