Hi Reddit,
I’m (M31) an ex model, and now am an agent and coach. My job is to find talent, coach them through what styles of modelling would suit them best, what outfits suit their body, etc, and then find gigs for them.
I work with a big age range, from younger girls to those in their 20’s.
The thing is, whether or not I put a girl forward is entirely up to me. So sometimes I make them work a little “extra” hard for the opportunities.
Have you ever wanted to model? Or maybe you have?
