Today I'm hoping to hear about experiences you have had where you've really let your guard down, opened up or exposed yourself in some way. This could be mentally or physically but most interesting is to hear of times where you took a big step or did something you hadn't tried before.
Some examples might be: - Telling someone a big secret about yourself - Giving in to a longing or a desired you'd had for a long time - Letting someone see you naked for the first time - Going out in a particularly risque outfit - Posting nudes online - Realised that you liked something a bit kinky
I would ask you questions about these sorts of experiences, such as how nervous you were, what thoughts went through your head before and after. Was there anything that finally made you go through with it? Do you regret it now, and have you ever done it again since?
