Hi Reddit,
I’m a model scout and coach - I work with studios or labels to find a certain look or type of girl for whatever their purpose is.
I mostly work with girls with limited or no experience, and a decent age range. Mostly much younger than me though.
Depending on the shoot or what’s being modelled, sometimes there can be some tension 😉.
