DMs = Daddy Musings. Yes, admit it. You know you have an older man thing. You see that attractive Daddy-type dude down the street, washing his car or mowing the lawn, right? You’ve noticed he fills out that tight T shirt pretty well for an old dude. You know when you drive by on your way to school or work….all dolled up, driving your little red convertible, hair in the breeze, with “Watermelon Sugar High” blaring on the radio..….that he’s going to give you a long look that’s a ….little bit improper for a man his age. And you kinda blush as you pretend not to notice him.

You’re in the prime of your youth, you know you’re kinda hot, and you’ve become accustomed to having guys look at you daily as you’re out and about. And you’ve had your flings and BFs with guys your age, and you probably have a BF now….but something about being with an older, attractive, established man appeals to you. A guy who’s been there, educated, successful in life, traveled, knowledgeable, and can carry a relaxed conversation about many worldly subjects. And you’ve found yourself going out of your way to drive by your neighbor’s house sometimes, just to maybe catch his eye and prove to yourself that yes, he’s interested. Gives you a little jolt of confidence and a little stir down there.

There’s a laundry list of reasons why you want to do it. Maybe you want to validate your attractiveness. Or prove to yourself that you’re all grown up. Or to assert your independence and your freedom to do something that would freak out your overprotective parents. Or to prove that you’re hot and irresistible enough to drive that man to risk destroying his family to get a taste of you. Yup, lil ol’ you. It makes you feel powerful. Powerful yes, but in the end you know all you want is to submit to him, and be his obedient little girl.

Well, enough of the philosophizing as to why agegap relationships make so much sense. And then again maybe they make no sense. There are psychological reasons, and there are physical reasons why they happen. One of life’s conundrums that makes us all so human… that makes life so imperfect…so unpredictable. The lure of the deliciously taboo tempts……right here.
