Press Release: Orgis City Police Department

Citizens of Orgis City,

We have long kept you aware of the superhuman crime threat, particularly our attempts to mitigate it in the face of the ever-growing escalation between our brave officers and the criminals who make our beautiful city a worse place. However, as we have encountered more and more criminals, we have found our previous, traditional criminal justice procedures have been found to be relatively insufficient, and due to both overcrowding and continued correctional facility budget cuts, we’d like to announce a new program, the Superhuman Offender Rehabilitation Initiative.

The plan for this program is simple. Through a combination of psychological evaluation, parole board evaluations, and power profile analysis, we’ve determined which offenders qualify as ‘acceptable for rehabilitation’ and begun to suggest entry to the program to them. Those who accepted were entered to the rolls of the program, and we’ve listed their profiles at the end of this document. Those who are accepted by someone will move in with another citizen and will attempt to be taught about normal life, perhaps even beginning to work toward becoming members of the superhero community. Those who accept will be given a subsidy and full retrofit of their home. Other superhumans are preferred, but anyone may apply if they wish.

P.S. If you are receiving this post-script, you have been pre-approved for this program, and I feel like you deserve to know the truth about why we’re initiating this project. While rehabilitation is in fact the goal, these aren’t low-risk offenders. We don’t have the resources to contain even one of these individuals, let alone all of them. Ever since the Grey Mistress empowered every female Super in the city, we’ve found ourselves struggling more and more to try and keep up with people who can tear down entire prisons without breaking a sweat, whether they’re built for supers or not. So, if you can, please help these people become better. They’re powerful, but they need help to understand that they don’t need to commit crimes to survive.

Name: Alison Jenkins

Alias: Quasar

Known powers: Energy blasts, thermal manipulation, flight, energy absorption and storage. Claims to possess other powers, but these have not been proven.

Personality: Friendly, dangerous, flirty, arrogant.

Appearance: Like many post-Empowerment superhumans, Alison is rather voluptuous, 5’6” tall with curves in the E cup range and inhumanly firm. Her musculature is toned, but not muscular, and though we have attempted to transition her into wearing more civilian outfits, she has shown a particular predilection for red, black, and lycra.

Name: Lilith Madara

Alias: Grey Mistress

Known powers: Class X magic, primary element Ice. Class 3 magic, secondary elements. Previously best known as the cause of the event known as the Empowerment, where Supers became stratified along gendered lines, with women becoming cataclysmically more powerful than their pre-empowerment selves.

Personality: Arrogant, proud, resilient.

Appearance: Lilith’s skin is a pale white, her time in solitary confinement and magical affinity causing her skin to trend toward grey, unless she is angry in which case it becomes brighter and almost blue. Her build is taller and slightly more muscular than the norm, with D cup breasts and an Amazonian 6’2” height.

Have a particular villain you’d like to play as/with? Feel free to suggest! The two I've made are just suggestions, and I have many others I'm willing to share.

So, I’m feeling something that’s a bit of a hybrid of my usual prompts today. I want to go very high power with things, but at the same time, I want to do a somewhat open-form narrative! Do you want to help a villainess reform? Do you want to encourage her back to crime? Do you just want a roommate who is drop dead gorgeous and can make a tactical nuke look like a Roman Candle? Well this is the perfect prompt for any of those things!

I’m pretty flexible on what character I play opposite. Hero or normal person, human or Super, the only limit would be that the government would likely not give care of such a person to a Villain, unless they covered their tracks well leading up to things.

From the kink side, I tend to be into things like exhaustion/stamina, dirty talk, loving sex, titjobs, sexualized destruction, use of powers, and overpowered characters who can be coerced by others. In addition, I like things like cumplay and large cocks, though that’s more negotiable. Anything else can be discussed, with the exception of gore, incest, and noncon.
