The town of Booty Bay itself was rather small as far as cities or even hubs go. It was a port town, so while it had all of the necessities to provide travelers and adventurers with anything they needed, it did offer little else than those bare necessities. Everyone from every and any race is welcomed, and any sign of violence or conflict not only gets you thrown out, but barred entirely.
