We hated one another. And I don't use that word lightly. We were on opposite sides of a long feud. And there was good blood after bad spilled between us. You had killed my fiancée the week before our wedding day. In return I'd torn through your father and brother.

It wasn't the first or last time we'd done this to one another. And it also wasn't the first time we'd almost killed one another. But it was common in our world of magic and sorcery. Who knew where it began. And by now, did that matter? We'd found one another, and it didn't look like either of us were coming off this mountain alive.

I felt the blood and strength draining from me. But I also thought I saw a weakness. I knew that killing you wouldn't stop the feud. But did that matter? To me you represented it. But as I gathered my strength... some... portal opened... And it pulled us both through it.

In the suffocating madness that attacks my senses as I pass between worlds I pass out. But when I come too I can see you. There is these weird metal carriages... one says Ambulance... the other... police... They have these odd flashing lights... how do they work? I can't sense much magic in this world... what is going on?

So! I'm looking to explore enemies to lovers pushed to the limit. Magical, mortal enemies who have done so much awful shit find themselves in the real world. Forced to work together to survive because they can't admit who they are. They need to rely on one another. They hate each other so much. But such a powerful emotion... what is the line between hate and love?

I'm open to use being supernatural beings. I'm looking for this to be an exploration of those emotions. To rely on someone you begin the story hating. We pick up coming from a duel to the death that we got cut off from delivering a killing both to one another to suddenly in the hospital answering the police asking us what is going on and why we're covered in each others blood
