My parents moved shortly before I graduated from high school, so I didn't have my old, familiar room to go back to when I went "home" from college. It was a little disappointing, but I'm not going
to pretend that it was some sort of traumatic experience. It's been a similar story for anyone that I've dated. I'm curious to chat about what it's like to either take a significant other to your house/bedroom where you grew up or be taken to the house/bedroom where your significant other grew up.
This conversation would have nothing to do with anything that may or may not have happened in that house before anyone turned 18. This is strictly about adult relationships.
The thought that prompted me to think of this, well, prompt is a girlfriend in graduate school. She was rather petite and had a single-sized bed in her bedroom while I had a queen-sized bed in my apartment. I'm tall enough that I barely fit in a queen-sized bed as it is. It's even more awkward with another person and me in a smaller bed. What is it like to see where your significant other grew up? Are there other aspects of going "home" that you've found?
This prompt is more conversations based than role play based.
