There will also be a frustration level for me, which will increase if you refuse to go to events or engage with me physically. Basically, you can’t just run and hide in a hole for the whole month, or you might find me getting a tad promiscuous and flirty with other people. Furthermore, there will be circumstances brought in at random, ranging from my ex coming back into town (bad) to you making me have an intense orgasm, leading me to be less sexually intense with you (good).

Eventually, for most of you anyway, you’ll probably end up cumming before the month is over, but do not fear! You aren’t out of the game quite yet. Based on how long you managed to last, you will be getting a final reward from me.
