I’m David. I’ve always lived in the US without a lot of diversity in my life. I got off to a fast start in my career and just made junior Vice President of Operation or something like that. The new salary allowed me to move into a five-bedroom house with some character in a nice, historic neighborhood. What the salary didn’t give me is the time that I used to have to take care of the mundane household chores such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning. 
I turn to a service that offers people who will do these things for me. One or two of these services match people in the US with people from all over the world for mutually beneficial relationships, personal and/or professional. I reach out to a few women, mostly 15-25 years older than myself, mostly from middle-eastern, south-Asian, and south-east Asian countries. I’d like someone to move into one of my spare bedrooms and run the house. They seem to be happy with the money that I can pay and will have some left over that they can send back home. 
This is all, of course, perfectly normal in this alternative universe. 
I’d see our strictly professional relationship evolve to something more friendly, helping you dress more western, seeing a play together, encouraging you to meet other people. Once I absent mindedly put a hand in the small of your back, you didn’t react much one way or the other. I’m not sure if you’re encouraging me to go further or if you’re afraid that if you encouraged me to stop, I’d send you back home. I’m not sure if I’m too afraid to ask or if I’m willing to take advantage of the unequal power dynamics. 
This can play in different ways, but I’m in the mood for something were a young white guy gets involved with a brown mother-figure.
