Ysatnaf was a dangerous realm, filled with differing species and cultures that nearly constantly fought against each other. The cities are rife with crime and espionage as the various humanoid(ish) cultures vie for power and control, powers of political and divine waging against one another. Mage guilds seek ever increasing power, cults make sacrifices to bring the will of their ancient masters to power. Churches hold crusades against those they deem evil, and kings raise armies against other rules and tyrants. The wilds are treacherous places, dotted with ruins of lost civilisations of eons past, and beasts of unimaginable strength and terror. Places of darkness and ancient power attract those with a sense of adventure and lust for treasure, though the monsters and people who wander these places present grave threat to any who tread the wilds.

In a world with so much destruction, deceit and danger, one might see this land as a place where none care for the love of life and creation. While certainly all species seek to procreate and continue themselves, one group values that ideal above all else. Found in a forest so dense and deep that few even know that anything lies within its trees, the Druids of the Breeding Den are a unique culture. Made up of a variety of species, this druidic circle is a peaceful and loving place, where the center of the culture is based on the value of procreation.

The druids of this small culture hold onto a simple belief that all life is sacred, and that all life should be protected and nurtured. While many druidic circles hold this value, and will protest nature and life from those that would harm it, the Druids of the Breeding Den take this very literally.

Breeding and Pregnancy are the most sacred acts in the circle, and the circle is always seeking to nurture new or rare forms of life. Because of this, the circle has achieved a mastery over fertility magic like no others have. Their abilities allow a member of the circle to breed with nearly any living creature, and as with all druids, those more experienced in the natural magics can alter their forms, further increasing compatibility.

Members of the circle are all given the freedom to breed however they choose, but once every few years, each member must undergo a pilgrimage of sorts. They must go out into the world and find a creature of great renown of scarcity, and procreate with it. Who and what they choose to do the sacred deed with is entirely up to the individual druid, but they are encouraged to choose those who are either aligned closely to the ways of preserving nature, or those who’s kind is in decline or nearly extinct.

These pilgrimages can either last months, years, or sometimes decades, and some never return to the circle. It's not rare for a druid from this circle to become a broodmother or breeding stud for another community, becoming a central part of the community and helping build it’s population. It’s more common however for these pilgrimages to be long journeys where the druid will breed with multiple creatures across the journey, before eventually returning to the circle for a time of rest and raising of young. Those who have completed many of these pilgrimages and hold mastery of the circle’s ways are known as Progentra, and are the leaders of the circle.

Hello my lovely smut writers of Reddit, I have a pregnancy-centric prompt for you today. In this generic fantasy realm, there is a cult of druids who hold life sacred, and are more than willing to breed with anything and everything to keep life going.

I’m happy to play either one of the druids, one of the creatures or people a druid has chosen to breed with, or more of a GM role of sorts, and I can happily play any gender or species we need. I’m not picky about what you play. We could play two druids out on pilgrimage together, enjoying the fruits of the world as we travel, or one of us could play a druid and the other the various creatures of the world. We can have beasts, feral or intelligence, monsters, monster girls, anthros, humanoids, really anything we want.

I do want to do some work building and have some actual story and structure to this roleplay, and this is a prompt best suited for long term roleplay. I set the universe itself as a generic fantasy realm, so we can work whatever styles and species into it that we want.

The core of the prompt is pregnancy. If you’re just here for the fucking, you should probably look elsewere for your fun. The actual process of growing another life inside the body is not only beautiful and erotic, but it’s taxing and stressful. The stretching and bloating of the belly, the swelling of the breasts and lactation, the aches and mood swings as hormones and imbalance weight make life harder and harder as pregnancy progresses. And most importantly, the beautiful but brutal agony of labor and birth. This isn’t even to mention how much more difficult and complicated pregnancy could get with more exotic creatures and spawn, from gigantic eggs to writhing masses of tentacles that fill the womb to near bursting.

A couple of optional parts for this prompt, but I think could add a fun element.

Hermaphrodite/Futanari: Druids of the Breeding Den have near complete mastery of fertility magic, so it only makes sense that if need be, they’d be able to grow and adapt their bodies so that they can enjoy both ends of breeding, to both impregnate and to carry.

Noncon/Dubcon: Care for life and love of procreation doesn’t necessarily mean care for consent, or it can make a druid a very vulnerable target for those with a darker lust. Carrying an unintended pregnancy or forcing a child into a chosen creature could be something the more extreme members of the circle might practice. Pregnancy by any means required.

Abnormal Pregnancy Locations: With the mastery of fertility, a druid could feasible create secondary wombs within parts of their body not normally meant for pregnancy. My favorites of these is breast and testicle pregnancy.

Weight Gain: Pregnancy almost always results in some amount of weight gain as the body stores nutrients and does its best to function as a creator of life. But sometimes, especially if food is plentiful and the mother is careless or gluttonous, weight can pile on extremely quickly, and can leave a mother in a very altered state even after birth. With the hormones that rage within a pregnant person’s body, there is almost no other time in life when one can put on more fat, and this can make life very awkward and difficult, but sometimes very erotic.

Long Pregnancy: Extremely long pregnancies, where gestation is measured in years instead of months, forcing the carrier to suffer pregnancy for long periods of their life. This could be normal for the species the druid breeds with, or it could be an unintended overdue pregnancy that terribly stressed the carrier. The longer pregnancy drags on, the more of a toll it can take on the carrier, though in some cases the carrier might be able to become acclimated to being effectively permanently pregnant, and might develop a lifestyle to accommodate the new state they live in.

Hyper Pregnancy: Extremely large pregnancies, where the bloated womb becomes so large it can disable the carrier, even crippling them in some manners, and of course birthin such large pregnancies is going to be very difficult and complicated, and will likely require the druid to rely on their magic, or even have to return to the circle to have assistance giving birth.

Exotic Gestation: This can have a lot of variations. Babies that thrash and move constantly, never giving the carrier any rest, or perhaps the offspring give the carrier strange symptoms, if the spawn are physically active the carrier might experience hallucinations and visions as the pregnancy develops. Perhaps the pregnancy permanently changes the carrier’s body, leaving them eternally altered by the experience and unable to return to their normal form, either mutated or possibly damaged by the pregnancy.

I have no hard limits except underaged, so I’m down to discuss including damn near anything, my only rule is that it needs to at least fit the themes we are writing.
