Gender Verification?

So, in the spirit of airing our wants, I'd like to see something like verification like GW has. Nothing public, but perhaps a PM to the mods for a photo with their name, date, and subreddit name and resulting in flair of some sort that verifies a person's gender. Personally, I've had a few "girls" become guys and it's not enjoyable. Thoughts?
