Darkness was all that I could sense. Not just in sight, but in taste and touch and smell. It was a baffling experience but one quickly replaced as I began to come to. I could feel the rough ropes binding my hands and ankles, the dirty rag wrapped tightly around my mouth to gag me, and even the rough wood of the cart I seemed to be in. The light was faint, but I could see my guard as well, all of them in a similar stat although more bloodied and bruised from where they tried to defend me.

This was when it began to come back to me. My diplomatic mission to your lands was seemingly doomed from the start. Our scout, a pretty young thing had warned us that we were being tracked, but we pressed on foolishly. We had been ambushed by your forces as we slept for the night. It seemed you were not to keen on having a proper negotiation, a warning I had not heeded before. I was determined to try and stop the fighting between our lands, to try and find some compromise, but that clearly did not interest your cruel self.

I had heard tales of the indignities your captives faced, the horror stories of cruel acts and torturous deaths. It was a galling prospect, but one I had no choice in. All I could do was try to stay strong for my people, and not give in to your twisted ways. The only question was, how long would I last?

The whole idea behind this is that I'm the cute effeminate peace loving prince of the bordering kingdom, and I was sent to try and broker some sort of peace between our two nations. Unfortunately it's cruel leader (you) has other plans. You know that you have no reason to seek peace, especially as a whole host of playthings have arrived on your doorstep.
