Many years ago, strange portals started to open across the planet ranging from the cold tundra in the artic all the way to the bustling cities of Seoul and Hong Kong. At first these portals simply showed people a look into a distant land, a place with vast canyons, large forest and even rich underground caves. However, things soon changed as strange creatures came through the portals which the humans of Earth believed to only be myths. Some places simply experienced dwarves, elves and other humanoid fantasy creatures come through the portals while other places dealt with vampires, werewolves and even Chupacabra's! Some of these creatures caused humans to run away in fear before realizing the new Earth arrivals were actually friendly, it not rather strange. Soon these beings started to join the society of Earth with new laws giving them the same freedoms as many other people. Besides if a creature grew tired of Earth they could simply walk through a portal and return home. Now this all sounds great, but some creatures were still seen as dangerous and even outcasted from society, these creatures were the ones that feasted upon human flesh or the ones that simply caused large amounts of damage.

Even after all those years cannibalistic monsters are still seen as dangerous with many laws trying to be passed that would force them to leave Earth. Despite this many organizations opened to make sure these monsters still felt at home. The programs these organizations offered were human flesh markets where a living person donated their body to be chopped up and given to cannibal monsters when they die, large blood drives for the homeless vampires, and even group therapy where many monsters gathered and talked about their problems with an experienced psychologist. As you may expect these organizations are also trying to make sure laws against cannibalistic monsters aren't passed.

One of these monsters is a young man named Nox Spring. On the surface he seems the same as everyone else since he looks like a regular person, dresses like one and even has a steady job at a local butcher shop. However, this human look is only a disguise, since when the illusion wears off all that is left is a thin man with razor sharp nails, sharp teeth and wearing a rather large deer skull. While he may look fierce when he doesn't have the illusion up, he's actually a rather large nerd who loves to spend his time reading books about animals, listening to music and even playing DnD with some of his friends. Though lately Nox has been wanting something more out of his life, he wants to be with someone.

Hello there everyone! I'm here today with a sweet romance idea that I hope you guys will like! So this prompt will be taking place in NYC and will be following the story of Nox Spring. Nox Spring as you can already guess is a Wendigo who's trying to live a normal life despite the hatred cannibalistic monsters get. Lately though Nox has been wanting to find love to hopefully make his life feel whole once again. As you can already guess you'll be playing this romantic interest as the story tries to make you and Nox come together!

For your character there are a lot of possibilities open for you! Since this is taking place on an Earth where monsters of all types exist that means you have a lot of possibly races to choose from and a lot of possible backstories for your character! Maybe you play a human who at first is fearful of the cannibalistic monsters, but slowly starts to accept them? Possibly you play one of Nox's coworkers that wants to actually be friends with the disguised Wendigo? Maybe you play a fellow Wendigo who at first doesn't like Nox since he's from a different tribe as you? Or maybe you play something completely different? The choice is yours!
