You're recently divorced, and about the only good thing you got from the divorce was the 3000 square foot house. Your ex-husband was generous enough so you could not work, but now you have to start looking for a job again. To make the transition easier, you've decided to let out a room (or maybe two) in the large house so you can shop around the job market.

After screening what seemed to be an endless procession of socially maladjusted people, you finally talked to and met someone who was courteous and polite, Jacqui. While she was a little tall, she did have to-die-for blond hair and a cute smile. She always said "please" and "thank you" and didn't come out of her room much. It was almost like you had the house to yourself.

After a few weeks of this heaven, Jacqui would go out and not come back for a day, sometimes two or three. When she was there, she was all politeness but offered little explanation as to why she was gone. While you didn't mind because the money was always on time and there was minimal cleaning, you started to get curious.

One day, as a favor, you decided to go in and lightly clean her room and take out the trash. She had only gone out the night before but hadn't come back yet. For such a polite person, you didn't expect to find silk and lace lingerie on the bad nor the used condom in the garbage can. As you held the condom at arm's length, you wondered whose sperm was in it. Did she sneak someone in the middle of the night? What was she doing in the bedroom all alone? While you knew sensibly that it was none of your business, it was also something you deeply wanted to get to the bottom of.

Besides you being the landlady and me being the boarder, I'm not that particular about where this goes from here or how the plot develops. I am open to any suggestions you have. I am open to having it either be just smut or have it develop romantically.

This is an extended role play/chat, so I’d prefer some buildup and/or dialogue before we get into the smut. Limits are heavy pain, scat, violence, and animals for this particular RP. I would like to have both our characters be middle age milf types, but if you’re not, it’s not a no-go. Personality and being articulate are more important.

I am willing to try the chat side of things and see where that goes. For the role play, I can guarantee two full paragraphs a day. I prefer sending full paragraphs over a chat-style role play. I can provide a sample if you want one.
