Fort Graven is a bleak shanty town hidden on an isolated island — a hub for air and sea pirates to meet, make shady deals, and sell the plunder on the sprawling black market away from powers that be. Local sights include — and are limited to — two dilapidated inns, a dingy harbour and a precarious docking station for airships. Sinister semi-mechanical bouncers are the only tour guides, and the slugs from their blunderbusses are the only souvenirs, distributed free of charge. The Tesla coil smuggled from the mainland has fallen into disrepair ages ago, but the gaslamps are flickering faintly amid the fog and the gloom. On the narrow streets of Fort Graven you get shivved first and asked questions later.
A mercenary headhunter by the name of Mortimer Fillmore chooses this delightful place for a clandestine visit. Beneath his wide-brimmed hat he hides a recognisable pale scar on his temple and a shock of chestnut hair. His keen dark eyes note every detail as he watches the drunk and battered faces of corsairs, thieves, and other assorted villainry, seeking those he could bribe or intimidate for information. Though rangy and imposing, he has no trouble disappearing in the shadows when he does not wish to be seen. While not a cruel man, Mort is ruthless, intelligent, and good at his job, although one particular evasive prey throws an eternal shade on his reputation.
He has come to the island with the sole purpose of locating and apprehending Tess Banville, a dashing young rogue who has already outfoxed him a fair number of times, narrowly avoiding capture. Mort keeps a careful tally of their previous meetings: the exhilarating chase across the capital's tiled roofs in the faint predawn light; the gunfight at the Imperial Museum of Clockwork; her last-minute escape on an ornithopter stolen from a foreign ambassador. The clever little minx is always one step ahead of him, and he hopes Fort Graven is where he will finally settle the score.
Mort's wounded professional pride isn't the only thing on his mind, however. The feisty, foul-mouthed pirate princess has a way of making his blood boil with unbridled lust even as the bitch pulls another daring escapade to leave him empty-handed. Tess needs to be taken down a peg, and the peg might as well be his.
So this is all about my favourite 'enemies to lovers' archetype, and while I don't envision it being too long-term, atmosphere and some build-up are important to me. What I do envision is an adrenaline-filled hunt/chase/fight in a quasi-Victorian steampunky environment which culminates in an impassioned hatefucking full of mutual violence, struggle for dominance, insults flying back and forth, and other fitting attributes of two rivals who would really love to shag each other's brains out but would also loathe to concede the upper hand. I see Tess as a feisty, confident switch who enjoys taking it all as well as generously dishing it out, so I'm looking for a partner who will have fun writing and developing a character like that. In my head it's a weirdly romantic story, albeit told through the language of violence, so I'm definitely NOT talking lasting bodily harm, mutilation, gore etc.
Kinks: aggressive rough sex, mutual insults/degradation, dirty talk, sexy banter, choking, spanking, slapping, hair pulling, biting, spit & cum play, scratching, breeding, cock worship — but first of all, good grammar and imagination. Limits are the usual: toilet, zoo, underage, bimbo stuff.
DM me for further discussion or come start the RP! I'm in GMT, and I'm fine with either 1st or 3rd person narration.
