We're in the Ancient Greece era. The mighty ruler Mnesarcus, my father, just passed away, thrusting me into the position of King of Athen long before my time was supposed to come. I'm 19, and I realize but too late that I've passed those years more focused on the pleasures and joys of an easy life in a lavish palace than to prepare myself for my role as a ruler.

My father tried to groom me in that direction but didn't push it, recognizing that his time was not passed yet and he would have ample time to better prepare me as it approached. Though I have the natural bearing and beauty of someone of noble birth, used to evolve amidst servants, I still carry a bit of that youth naivete and lack the gravitas and natural air of command that my father used to have.

He was a mighty warlord and always made it a point to emphasize how powerful he was, in subtle, and less subtle ways. One of those is that he was rarely seen without a handful of his favorite courtesans at his side. Those were famously cared for and adorned with whatever jewelry they liked. On occasion, it was even possible for them to engage in some more or less involved sexual acts out in the open, perhaps as a means to express power over whoever watched, or merely because the lust of the moment demanded it. You could either play as that ambitious girl, or you could also roleplay as many of them, in a more 'harem' style kind of RP. This could be a fun way to play out the sneaky competitive aspect and how each of them tries to one-up each other. There are no rules here. If you want to play only one girl, it's great. If you get bored of her and want to switch to another one, it's great too.
