I have a world in mind for this:

We live in a world where birthrates are on the steady decline. It has gotten to a point where the governments of the world have taken an initiative to try and combat this problem. See, they have determined that the problem is infertility in men. Women are more fertile than ever, its just the men on average are not producing the amount of sperm or viable enough sperm to get the job done.

However, some men have been shown to be hyper verile and on average have a 99.99% chance to impregnate the average woman per ejaculate. So, naturally, the world governments have instituted the Breeders Program. This gives any man who is able to prove a certain level of virility that they can be considered a breeder. Once this is proven, the man is given a license to breed in which he can present it to any woman he desires and she must immediately, or whenever the male desires, allow him to use her body for his pleasure in the hopes of reproduction.

There are several rules for this:

Public sex is allowed, but private spaces are made available at all times. It is encouraged that Breeders are to take their mates to private spaces such as their home or a local Breeders Room (similar to a restroom but for breeding)

The woman may not refuse the man under any circumstances aside from a period as this would not be conducive to breeding. However, should a woman on her period have relatives or friends who are not menstruating or pregnant currently, that woman is encouraged to direct the man to that mate for further procreation.

A man may pick up to 5 women to keep for their own personal breeding purposes. The Breeder will be given a government funded home and will pay to have said breeding partner transported to their home of choice from anywhere in the world.

All bred women will be subsidized by the government so as not to bother the Breeder with child care fees. They will be given a comfortable income as thanks for their service to not only their country but the world at large.

I hope this cleared a lot of things up. I wanted to make sure there was a kind of FAQ for this rp. I will provide all reference pictures for your breeding partners and will try to make this as enjoyable as I can. I will only pick one partner to rp with, so be patient as the old inbox gets flooded and I need to weed through the messages for the right partner.

I would really like this to be a cross country sort of buffet of women for you, but we can also have this bee a globe trotting affair.
