From the moment you told me you'd never received a valentine's gift before I knew I had to arrange something special. We were just friends having a casual conversation but there was chemistry there. We'd never taken the step but now seemed like the time.

I agreed to everything in advance with your roommate. She lent me her keys whilst you were out. I snuck in your apartment to prepare. By the time you came home everything was already set up. I listened from your roommate's bedroom as your keys turned in the apartment lock.

The apartment was dark but dimly lit. Two rows of candles formed a pathway through the apartment, with rose petals scattered across the floor. They directed you first to the hallway mirror which I'd graffitied with lipstick hearts and posted a love note to:

Roses are red,

Violets are blue,

I've got something special

In store for you

As you continued across the apartment several more surprises were waiting. First was the large bouquet of roses, violets, lilies and other assorted flowers. There was also a note nestled among the petals.

Your eyes are soft,

Lips are lush.

I'm going to spank you,

And make you blush

Another note was inside the chocolate candy I'd laid beside the flowers.

Coffee is bitter,

Candy is sweet

I have something savoury,

You'll love to eat

The next clue led you to the fridge where I'd spelled out another poem on the magnetic whiteboard.

Don't get me wrong,

I'm not a tyrant

I'll make you so wet,

You'll feel like a hydrant

These little surprises were all aimed to build the excitement. I had plans I'm sure you'd enjoy but I had to give you the chance to refuse or accept. The offer was waiting for you first on your door.

The bedroom was empty but scattered in rose petals. Another note lay on your bed with the lace lingerie outfit I'd chosen and a silk blindfold.

Refuse or accept,
